Cape Carteret Re-entry Pass allows all residents and property owners of the Town of Cape Carteret to use the town owned parks in Old Cape Carteret and Bayshore neighborhoods. The pass is also used for re-entry to the town during and after a natural disaster. Town Hall will verify your address prior to issuance of the re-entry pass to ensure that you are a resident/property owner in The Town of Cape Carteret.
