Citizen Concerns
Citizen has a concern within the city limits of Cape Carteret that violates a city ordinance, is a code enforcement complaint or a zoning complaint. The concern is not of a criminal nature. If the concern is an emergency, the citizen needs to contact 911 immediately. If the concern is of a criminal nature the citizen should speak with a member of the Cape Carteret Police Department 252-422-3631.
