Military Banner Program.
Cape Carteret Military Banner Program allows residents to purchase one large military banner and receive one garden size flag military banner at a cost of $140.00. Additional garden size flag military banners can be purchased for $10.00 each at the time of purchase of the large military banner. Garden size flag military banners purchased at later dates will be a cost of $20.00 each. Please complete the information below, scan your photo to BOwens@capecarteret.org; that you wish to use for the banner and make payment. If you have any questions, please call Town Hall 252-393-8483; or stop by in person, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please enter your name, relationship, address, phone number and email address in the sections below. Please note that a proof will be sent to your email for approval of the banner. Please make sure to scan a copy of the photo that you wish to be used for the banner. You can also bring the photo by Town Hall and we will scan it for you. Please ensure that the photo is high quality.
