Cape Carteret Military Banner Program is available for Veterans', their families and friends to purchase one large military banner and receive one garden size flag military banner at a cost of $140.00. Additional garden size flag military banners can be purchased for $10.00 each at the time of purchase of the large military banner. Garden size flag military banners purchased at later dates will be a cost of $20.00 each. Please complete the information below, scan your photo to BOwens@capecarteret.org; that you wish to use for the banner and make payment.
