Swim Instruction Voucher.
Swim vouchers in the amount of $25.00 are available to children and grandchildren of Cape Carteret residents and property owners which can be used to supplement the cost of swim lessons. Children/grandchildren of Cape Carteret Residents/property owners are eligible for a total of 3 swim vouchers in their lifetime. Please complete a separate form for each child and each lesson.

Verify applicant is a resident/property owner within the town limits of Cape Carteret.

Staff will verify number of Swim Vouchers issued (max of 3)
Verify applicant has received not more than three vouchers in the past.

Staff will email swim voucher to applicant
Enter all pertinent information on the swim voucher, sign, date, make a copy and email the swim voucher to the applicant.
