Permit Requirements

1. Proposed location of the dumpster / roll-off container on the public street must have been approved by the Prospect Park Police Department.
2. Applicant shall have notified the Prospect Park Fire Department of the approved proposed container location.
3. Roll-off container must have the required flashing lights, which must be operating except during daylight hours, and when necessary appropriate barricades must be placed while the container is on the street.
4. Contractor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Borough of Prospect Park against any and all claims arising from the placement or use of the roll-off container in the Borough of Prospect Park.
