“Parth built Polimorphic from a deeply personal place. An MIT grad and NVIDIA alum, he comes from a family of public servants. His grandfather directed utilities, his grandmother worked in state government, and he spent his early career working alongside cities and towns to understand what government service actually demands from the inside. What he found was a problem worth solving: governments carrying some of the most complex service challenges in the world, with tools that were never built for them. Polimorphic is his answer to that. Tyler Smith

VP of Customer Success

Tyler believes service delivery is only as good as the systems and relationships behind it. From managing local governance programs in international communities to co-founding a telehealth startup and delivering predictive analytics for emergency services across international and US local governments, he has spent the better part of two decades working on the hardest parts of getting critical services to the people who need them. At Polimorphic, he leads customer success with that same lens by meeting agencies where they are, understanding what they actually need, and building the kind of partnership that helps them grow.

Kyle Arjun Patel

Chief Technology Officer

Kyle has spent his career at the intersection of AI and the kind of problems that don't have easy answers, from climate infrastructure backed by the U.S. Department of Energy to AI research at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. At Polimorphic, he leads the technology behind the government's most complex service delivery challenge, bringing the same rigor he applied at Google and in graduate programs at Harvard and MIT to work that touches real people in real communities every day.

Lukas Effman

Vice President of Sales

Lukas has built his career around companies with strong missions and real impact, understanding both the numbers and the people who drive them. Having touched every stage of the sales profession, from individual contributor to executive leadership, he pairs operational depth with a people-first approach. Most recently, he helped scale Melio, a company dedicated to helping small businesses thrive, through its $2.5 billion acquisition by Xero. That same focus on solving problems that matter is what he now brings to Polimorphic.

Megan Olson

Vice President of Marketing

Megan joined Polimorphic when the story was still being written and has been one of the people writing it ever since. With a background spanning content strategy, growth, and brand building across govtech and beyond, she brings a deep understanding of how to make complex missions legible to the people who need to hear them. A two-time award-winning marketer, she leads with the belief that the right story, told well, changes how people see what's possible.

Nicholas Paulson

Vice President of Operations

Nick is the person who makes sure everything that needs to happen at Polimorphic actually happens. Working closely with the founding team, he has grown from Chief of Staff into the operational backbone of a company scaling fast, building the systems, processes, and cross-functional connective tissue that let everyone else do their best work. The kind of role that's hard to describe and impossible to replace. Before Polimorphic, Nick was on the founding team of Learn to Win (now Ethos System).
